We prioritise fair treatment and empower our people to enhance their skills, including some practical skills courses that are open to all employees. On a whole, our group-wide investment of RM1.5 million in FY23 in Learning & Talent underscores our dedication to training as well as talent development.

The Dojo is where we conduct theory and practical classes for engineering trainings. Our theory trainee-to-trainer ratio is 9:1, with practical at 3:1. We are committed to working closely with our employees to assure proper education, as attested by the 80% pass rate for first-time test takers. When 2 years have lapsed, our technicians and supervisors must take a refresher course.

End-to-end production training is conducted via a mock line. This noise-free environment with minimal smells makes it a more conducive environment to learn. Here we explain the process, troubleshooting and quality assurance to our employees, where they must pass the evaluation before being deemed fit to work.

Our employees who specialise in engineering must undergo training in Control & Instruments (C&I). Six different control panels are used to teach hands-on skills.
